For our client, DSV Solutions in Horsens, we are currently looking for a structured and service-minded Administrative Assistant to join their Onboarding team.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring an efficient onboarding process for temporary workers at the terminals, as well as coordinating resources and working closely with team leaders and external partners.
You will become part of a dynamic and informal work environment where collaboration, flexibility, and efficient operations are in focus.
Your tasks will include, among others:
Conducting performance reviews based on KPIs
Ongoing coordination and follow-up on temporary workforce efforts
Onboarding of new temporary workers
Administrative tasks
Who are you?
You have experience from an administrative or coordinating role and thrive in a workday where structure, overview, and communication are essential.
As a person, you are proactive, organized, and skilled at collaborating with various stakeholders. You take ownership of your tasks and ensure they are followed through to completion.
Since English is the primary working language at the terminal, it is important that you are comfortable communicating in English—both verbally and in writing.
Additionally, we expect that you:
Have a service-minded and solution-oriented approach
Have a basic knowledge of Excel
Thrive in a workday with both routine and ad hoc tasks
Contribute positively to the team and value collaboration

Duration: 3 months, with the possibility of permanent employment
Working hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: DKK 170/hour + 10% flexible benefits allowance
