About the Role
The Lands Between are currently undergoing a significant leadership transition following the Shattering of the Elden Ring. We are seeking a highly motivated Tarnished to gather Great Runes, defeat demigods, and restore order (or creatively redefine it).
This role offers excellent opportunities for professional growth, legendary armaments, and eventual ascension to the position of Elden Lord.
Key Responsibilities
Explore dangerous and poorly documented environments.
Defeat demigods, dragons, gods, and other hostile stakeholders.
Collect, manage, and upgrade a diverse portfolio of weapons and spells.
Engage in strategic negotiations with questionable NPCs.
Navigate complex organizational politics involving the Greater Will, Two Fingers, and other competing interests.
Restore, replace, or completely dismantle the current governance structure of the Lands Between.
Die repeatedly while maintaining a positive attitude.
Required Qualifications
Must be officially recognized as a Tarnished.
Ability to roll through seemingly unavoidable attacks.
Experience carrying excessive amounts of runes under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn from catastrophic failures.
Capable of operating independently for extended periods without clear direction.
Comfortable working in hostile environments featuring poison swamps.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience fighting giant enemies with disproportionately large weapons.
Familiarity with sorcery, incantations, or ungabunga-style problem solving.
Previous employment as Chosen Undead, Bearer of the Curse, or Ashen One considered an asset.
Horse riding certification (Torrent preferred).
